I don’t know about you, but when I go to any professional, whether it is a doctor, lawyer or auto mechanic, I want to understand what they are saying. I really hate it if they start spewing terms particular to their profession. Computer techs are often the worst offenders.
As the owner of Earth Oasis Computers, I realize most of you don’t the difference between a bit and a byte, nor do you care to.You just want all your devices to work and you want a computer tech that can help you while talking in plain language. That’s why I work very hard teaching my techs to use “No Techno-Babble.”
